Bake the cookies on a little piece of parchment paper - when it comes directly out of the oven don’t remove them from the parchment paper and you can shape while it’s hot without touching it directly!!🥰🥰

Baked ones next time - take them off the try after like 30 seconds, then put them on a rolling pin, glass jar etc and let them form that cup shape as they cool

Instead of tacos, maybe try to make nachos? Cut the cookies into 4ths after there done baking and then top with ice cream and toppings!

bake on individual squares of parchment so you can take out of the oven and immediately lay them over something while hot and pliable to create the fold and let them cool that way! they may hold!
