It should just be a baby philodendron it might not be a pink princess bc it probably crossbreed with another plant but it is most definitely some type of philodendron

Just me :
I have had my philodandren pink princess for 2 years now and it hasn't done anything. No growth except maybe one new leaf. Any ideas to help it do something.
