I have the same thing. I would try to wax it but I just don't have enough patients to have it long enough to wax. I hate feeling my leg hair so I end up shaving instead. However I find that shaving makes my legs worse. especially the back so I'ma see if the cream works. If anyone has any other solutions though to improve this I would appreciate it. I've tried so many things but it don't wanna go 💀
