i'm an esthetician it looks like it could be but whatever it is, simplify your routine. don't use azelaic acid right now. if you don't have any oozing, crust, or itchiness, it's likely not an infection, just inflammation/compromised barrier. literally just cleanse at night (and morning if you can tolerate) then use a moisturizer at night and sunscreen in the day time. no actives and limit potential irritants like fragrance. you can use vaseline as well if your skin isn't moisturized enough from that. don't even use "barrier repair" products. chemical sunscreen is fine if you're tolerating it.

Hmm i dunno. Mine does not look like that but I guess every one is different. I barely get anything on my chin but a lot under the edges of my mouth at from my nostrils and down to the corner of my mouth. Also around my eyes

esthetician here. looks like it could be that. seems like bacteria spread. do not pick or pop anything. look into antibacterial / anti fungal products, stay away from harsh active ingredients/ exfoliation, and work on repairing your barrier with noncomedogenic, hydrating products. if it gets worse definitely go see a derm or physician:) remember you’re still beautiful no matter what

Probably! Sulfur ointment (wear at night because it smells like farts) was my savior with it and oil control ingredients help!

Ik heb dat ook! En onder mijn mond gaat het nu ook kloven en dan komen er korsten op en dan gaat t paar dagen weg en dannkt het weer wordt t droog en dan weer kloven en dan weer korsten ik word gek. Please help
