when you say cold sore you mean HSV? yeah it's going to run its course. you can take an antiviral and that'll help and lysine

I have suffered from cold sores all my life and I have tried everything…and of course they always occur at the worst times! Ice does help but Valtrex worked the best…they’re horrible!
