That’s not sabr that’s emotional turmoil and pain. Sabr is knowing that everything your are going through will be and is seen by Allah swt. That nothing happens unless the almighty wills it, sabr is to have patience in his kun fa ya kun ( be and it is). To have tawakul and to reach out for the almighty and see that the pain you suffer in silence is felt seen and heard and Allah will never allow you to suffer but there are blessings in remembering him in those moments that you feel challenged ❤️
