hi i deal with this too! i would text or call your scheduler and say something like “hey sorry i think there was some miscommunication, i can only work 4 days a week,” or you could tell them the same thing but “i can’t work tuesdays” so that your days can be spaced out without having to directly tell them that your days need to be spaced out.
