I agree and to add on top of that, we expect a child a toddler to talk to us a certain way when us as adults struggle with talking and be respectful to each other. If I know, I would have a hard time being spoken to like how some adults talk to kids. We need to give kids, grace, and lead by example.

THIS RIGHT HERE...AMEN!! I agree a million percent and expecially in adults! I can not stand when people say yes or whatever bc they are afraid to say no but in reality if you dont want to do it then just say NO! I would be much happier if you are honest then me go out of my way and then you dont follow through or whatever!! So yes I agree Just say NO!! 😁👏

As a kid, my parents said that I could say “may I appeal?” Which meant like can I give my opinion on the matter. I really liked how my parents taught us that.
