So whats the best way to treat it? I’ve been taking Pepcid and zyrtec everyday and it helps. I worry about taking anything that often, but I haven’t had an infection in the last year.

Also- TMJ dysfunction can often be mistaken for sinus issues. My TMJ clinic says their biggest referral source is ENT drs

it's called non allergic rhinitis. and that picture mentioning "after surgery" is misleading. after surgery, tissue tends to grow back. surgery only resolves the issues temporarily. using a mometasone nasal spray may be a better option. or even a saline spray. best to ask your GP
