Clean underwear. And it wasn’t for the fire department it was in case you went to the hospital and had to wear a gown. Parents didn’t want to be embarrassed that their child had dirty underwear 🤣😂

Clean with no holes I believe is what most of us were told. But also, I had to have my favorite bra cut off me by EMS once and that bad boy wasn’t cheap so also take that into consideration. lol

Yep! I was also told to never leave your bladder super full and to go to bathroom when you needed to because if you got in a car accident it could burst and then you would have to have a pig’s bladder🤷🏻♀️😂
