my co worker steady has it and gen z stair is just resting B face with a new name. an old lady said she was "rude" at work because she wasn't smiling and had that "gen z stair" or "resting b face"

GenX here. The GenZ stare, imo, = coping with the most WILD customers any gen has EVER had to experience but in MASSIVE amounts & at a very high frequency all while mgmt is breathing down your neck & with 40,000 camera angles recording the entire interaction and ANYBODY UNDER THIS KIND OF PRESSURE AT WORK NEEDS A MOMENT TO PROCESS wtf to do/how to respond. Nope, GenZ gets all the passes for this bc NO ONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS AT THIS AGE!!!

Idk about other places, but in COS at any store it's so awkward they don't even greet you. I walk up to the counter to pay and feel like I'm a huge inconvenience. Gen Z is the worst..... sorry you're wrong girl.
