another option could be heat rash if you slept on something very warm and sweat couldn’t escape. try cortisone 10 cream for 6 days and switch to aveeno eczema for the remainder of the bumps. don’t touch or scratch your face. no make up. hope it clears soon!!

If u wanna get rid of it make sure to cleanse your face very well and also use glycolic acid it helps a lot I used to have these but after I started using the glycolic acid they disappeared is less than a week
