@luxuryleah: Future reference - if I’m doing something a certain way , it’s highly likely that it’s because that’s the way I like to do it. #but this was a great question I’m glad I got it on film - I think speed bagging is personal how high you have the platform how close or how far to stand in proximity to it , how fast or slow you go, if you do traditional boxer bagging or get fancy It’s your time and energy your experience , do whatever you want I like a low platform - I like to be close to the ball , I like to have fun , but also I like to relieve stress & decompress , I like to challenge myself and learn new things , I like the ball not too hard not too soggy , sometimes I like to be live or flex a little but most times I like silence and peace , no audience , I wanna work make mistakes grow in privacy and share it with the world on my terms Whatever the method is , if it’s working for you - have at it !
