Just an FYI, the subpoenas were sent out about a month ago to various hospitals in various states, including Colorado. Colorado did in fact fold and release those records as far as I know, and the only records they would be permitted to release under subpoena would include names, general information about patients and the dates they were seen, as well as a potential treatment summary/diagnosis.

ignore them as best you can. so you're telling me that people who hate us and already wanted us to not exist now think we shouldn't? wow not surprised. the really sad part is if they could achieve this with their current power they already would have. they will come for us eventually and we need to be ready but this is just an excuse to try and weaponize the fear of a tragedy and the actions of someone closer aligned to them to us to use it for political capital and that is just despicable.

That guy is a bigoted ahole. Collective blame is always wrong. Most Trans people are peaceful, and far more likely to be the victim of violence then the perpetrators. This type of shallow blame paying has no place in a truely just and free society. Stop collectively blaming for the actions of individuals.

Children are being killed because of GUNS! And not addressing the mental health issues that drive individuals to commit these acts. Demonizing marginalized groups of individuals as the cause is dangerous, unconstitutional and cruel. It also just leads to the demonization of another group as the problem still will exist.
