PSA damaged my Mega Gengar that was a PSA 10 candidate it got a 9 and I was okay with it until I saw some new damage PSA caused

the bar PSA has for "damaging" a card is probably really low. a little fumble or corner ding, it's better for them to say "woopsie we damaged it" than returning a PSA 5.

If you send in a 10 worthy card getting the raw value back is not good service. They damaged it they should at least give you back what a 9 would be

So you should be able to ask them for the incident report. If an employee damage the card resulting in further emails to you, that should have a paper trail about the incident and how it happened and what the damage was. This is protocol in most businesses period

I've had several damage by psa and ill always get them graded as is. you can always crack them. had one come back as a psa 1. sold it for a premium. more than I thought id get on the card wich I was expecting a 6 or 7 out if 🤣

That's funny. I sent them a base set unlimited Charizard that should have graded at least as an eight or nine. They damaged it, put it in a slab and graded it as a four and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. that was the last card I ever graded with them.
