Absolutely revolutional take. But also, it’s still an important part of feminism to some extent, it targets the actions that are taken out, not just men themselves. I think to some level it’s still relevant because it’s a rational and human reaction and defence to ages of systemic oppression. It greatly describes the rawness and irony of everything women have and do go through. Also it’s important to be multifaceted in demolishing patriarchy. We’re not inpenetrable superheroes as feminists, we’re wounded survivors. It’s entirely rational to resort to it but not rational to solely depend and solely refer to it.
