@_juliarene: Bodybuilding prep update | 2 days out🤯 👙 This morning I hit a new low of 129.4 lbs and coach and I are fired up about the package we’re bringing to McAllen. Somehow week after week, my physique just keeps leveling up and honestly I don’t even know how but I’m not mad about it. 👀 🏋️ My hips and low back were screaming, so coach actually pulled my cardio completely this week. Just light walking to keep me moving, and a 40 min full body pump workout! 🥑 Today is carb-up day baby and OMG🤤 I’m in heaven. Plus, I’m water loading at 1.75 gallons a day before we pull it tomorrow. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Last week… whew. It tested me. I had those “I don’t know if I can do this” moments. The exhaustion, the hunger, the fatigue it all hit at once.
