Just to ease your concerns a bit, I live in a high rise in nyc and if you look up our management their reviews are abysmal😅… as are most management companies of larger rental properties here unfortunately, but ultimately, we haven’t had any major problems with them in 5+ years! They aren’t great but they’re totally fine. I don’t know of any management companies here with good reputations besides two trees!
