owner lady is a little rough around the edges, but she’s actually super sweet if you talk to her. several years ago, she talked to me for probably an hour since i was the only one in the shop and it was a super slow, rainy day. she talked to me about my life, asked me a lot of questions about my life, and just listened to me talk. i was going through a very hard time back then. she didn’t know it, but she helped me a lot. she’ll kick you out if you cuss in there though 🤣

i went in with my baby brother once and one of the male workers followed me around the store literally 100% of the time i was there. 😭I’m hispanic so idk if they were just racially profiling us but it was very uncomfortable, haven’t been back since

I’ve heard awful things about this place but personally I’ve had amazing experiences here and not once ever had a problem. The owner is super sweet and their prices are almost always below any competition in tyler

idk what these other people are on about, ive only had great experiences here. the owner is friendly and knowledgable. i try to swing by whenever i come to tyler but not that often since im about an hour away.

my family and I have been there, lots of great stuff, most of it isn't priced so you need to ask. the owner/older female was not the nicest of people. straight up told my daughter that she couldn't afford a product that she fell in love with, yet I was about to buy $500 worth of pokemon cards..
