I work on BMW, change the drive shaft bolt! And torque it 210nm and 90 degrees. Seen people do it like you sometimes the bolt goes loose. Other times the bolt snaps. Not to be rude, just a little tip 😁

Do you buy your own equipment when u start working in a shop or they give u equipment????

New axle bolts are a few bucks. The are stretch bolts why take the chance and not replace them. The customer is paying. I guess when the control arm bushings blows out in a year or two or the axle bolts works its way out you can do it right then lol

I’m not one to use torque wrenches often but as a bmw tech myself, it hurts seeing you re-use that axle bolt or torquing it😂
