@napsgear_: We all have days we don’t want to workout. Growing up an obese kid with no on how to workout or eat well, it was tough getting motivated to start exercising. Eventually I just started hating how I looked and felt enough to MAKE myself workout. The motivation to train was low, but I knew every day I was getting more disciplined and closer to feeling confident in myself. There are still a lot of days I don’t want to get to the gym or wake up early to walk. But frankly, if I just listened to what I wanted to do… I’d still just be the obese kid.
