I feel this is one part the issue with Ruffalo not getting a "Hulk" centered movie. They essentially used Banner/Hulk as a support character, similar to Barton,Natasha to interact and enhance the main 3. And after Avengers 1 they had to figure out how to nerf him or they would be forced to bring Hulk higher up the screen time. Thus AoU and Ragnarok and Infinity War.

I’m not mad that iron man won that fight, but the fight should have been Tony being on the backfoot the entire time. Like Tony should have been an inch away from death the entire fight, and then barely manage to sneak in the final punch when hulk was distracted
