hiii i had a really similar issue but i got the more problematic nostril cauterized and my nosebleeds have reduced soo so much i don’t get any on that side anymore

You need to get you nose veins ironed so it stops bleeding for a few months, it’s safe and repeatable. They heat your nose inside veins with a laser so it stops bleeding
