Hi we received our visas but we didn’t have to upload a photo, however my parents did theirs and had to upload photos on their visas, have we done ours correctly?

I filled it in but somehow it subtracts one day of every date for me. Birthday -1, passport -1. I even have screenshots from the date I filled in. Somehow it messes them up after my completion. What to do now? My partner has the exact same issue.

I spent hours online attempting to do this.Only to have my credit card repeatedly declined. It definitely.Is not my credit card. i had the same issue purchasing a ticket from Bali to Thailand. In order to get that accomplished, someone from Thai Airways had to send me a direct link. Apparently, they say it is a foreign transaction and it gets declined. Which is odd given that the only people likely to be applying for a visa on arrival and attempting to pay for it are going to be foreign. I am at my wits end. i have been trying. To get ahold of immigration through Whats App and via calling but still no response. Very frustrating. i really don't want to begin my vacation by spending a bunch of time and line completing this process.When I should be able to do it online. according to Chat GPT most people just give up and do it when they arrive. Has anyone else had this issue? should I just give up and do it there? We are headed there Sept 20 (2025).
