@itslizmiu: How To Make Homemade Ponzu 🍋✨ Ponzu is Japan’s beloved citrus-soy sauce and one of my faves!! She’s zesty, savoury, and refreshing. The name comes from the Dutch word ‘pons’ (punch - fruity beverage) plus ‘su’ (vinegar). Traditionally made with yuzu or sudachi, it’s the ultimate dip for hotpot, sashimi, or even a quick salad drizzle. I used a combo of orange, lemon and ofc yuzu for a sauce that’s fresh, tangy, and packed with umami! PONZU SAUCE 1:1 soy sauce and citrus juice (mix of lemon, orange and yuzu) A few tablespoons mirin 1 small handful katsuobushi (bonito flakes) - use shiitake or kombu for veg/vegan Zest of the citrus (just a little, to taste)
