UNACCEPTABLE‼️Our 2017 Tacoma needs a WHOLE NEW ENGINE at just 77k miles. We’ve maintained it perfectly, and Toyota’s response was literally “you’re just unlucky.” This isn’t bad luck, it’s BAD QUALITY and we’ve received horrible customer service to top it off. Toyota clearly doesn’t care about the quality of their vehicles or this customer.
