he said you are detained and stated the crime. you can't just say you didn't do it and think you aren't detained. comply. file a complaint later and press charges on the officer. resisting could land you a charge outside of why you are being detained.

That’s why cops are getting such a bad rap. They uphold it all but they push the constitution to the limits. We all have a light to do things that we wanna do without getting persecuted and blamed before something happens.
