What You’ll Need (serves 2–3): • 1kg live black mussels (cleaned) • Freshly cracked black pepper (generous amount) • Lemon wedges to serve Instructions: Clean mussels well under running water, removing any beards. Place them in a large pot, cover with a lid, and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes until they open. Remove lid, add a generous amount of black pepper, and toss well. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and enjoy with a cold glass of white wine.
