Why has the supreme court has upheld the 75% percentage and not done anything on the immunity clause.The court has become a lackey of the Rebuke govt.

The Supreme Court has declared the legal position in regards to the amendments to the Constitution of Fiji as proposed by the vested parties. The Court has also upheld the need for 75 % majority in a referendum and 75% parliamentary majority. The 2013 Constitution is the Supreme Law of Fiji. The 1997 Constitution is not a valid legal entity.
