@ecobro: Nothing good is easy. My current goals are really just related to work and my physique. Something I find beneficial is to not get comfortable, at work im continually trying to keep putting myself in situations where I can learn and grow. As my bulk is ending, I could relax and take it easy for the last couple weeks, but I’m pushing to the very last day, calories after calories. So if you’re thinking of half doing it, don’t even bother.
