I’ve been making this and then decided to try one cup of cottage cheese blended, smooth. I put my room temperature Jell-O and cottage cheese in the blender together and made it frothy and fluffy jello. Game changer!

It was great!! I did Lime zero sug jello used Cottage cheese in addition to yogurt. Added some very well strained crushed pineapple. SO GOOD !!
