people why do you continually do business with these door-to-door roofing companies? 99.9% of them are a scam. in addition, why did you not get an estimate in writing and then speak to your insurance company to see what your insurance company would actually cover. your insurance company will tell you up front if they're going to cover the whole thing or only a portion of it. and your insurance company is not going to cover a roof repair for missing shingles. they will cover it if it's damaged by a storm. and the other thing is the person that works for the roof company does not work for your insurance company so they cannot speak on your insurance company's behalf
