am I the only one that thinks that they should have just articulated the reason they pulled her over initially when they were clearly communicating through the glass? I am very pro cop but they were clearly communicating and he was irritated with her and wanted to establish dominance he was not de-escalating or doing what he probably should have done which is articulate the reason he pulled her over

If I got pulled over I would comply immediately with all proof of drivers licenses, registration and insurance. Period!

The police HAVE to tell you why you are being pulled over. And there is not a law anywhere that says that you have to put your window down until you have been informed of tbe reason you are being pulled over unless you have an active warrant for your arrest.
