Gender stereotypes underestimate and harm ALL genders in the process. Reform are stuck in the Victorian era and want to drag us all back there. Reform will be the death of the middle class and end to all workers rights as well as the end of the NHS altogether.

Did anyone see the tapes in connection with M/ch Airport incident - that was enlightening in respect of female officers in certain situations, nobody said that female officers are not equal but equal does not mean the same or ability you work to your strengths, sorry that reality must be considered

Some of the best coppers in worked were females, hard as nails in the right environments and exceptional in all others. The public need to remember that all male and female officers have to pass the same tests to go out and face the public

There are more police assaults because neds don't see police women as a threat, they think they have a chance to get away. The PC brigade want equality but needs don't care they just see the uniform. Recruiting 4ft 10 ,6 stone females don't instill confidence. Ticking boxes and PC agendas don't help anybody.
