brooo😭😭😭thats so bad💔not even like an 5star character exchange ticket...Some other gachas do that the unnecessary copies of characters become a summon or exchange ticket,sometimes you need to get like couple more copies of the same character but they're at least useful, +40 atk is useless or near useless.Hoyo should do better

So, what I'm hearing is a reason to keep pulling for neuvi 😁 He's c6, but ig if I want that 100 he has to be c8 This seems... not great for f2p/light spenders even if you saved f2p for a long time and got a c6 five star, what, then you'd only be able to level that one charcter past 90..? It's fine for people who already have lots of cons or wish a bunch... but I can't help but feel bad for people who won't be able to truly max their favorite charcter without either spending so much time saving or so much money wishing for cons
