 2. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add in the melted butter, room temperature eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and the pumpkin pie spice extract. Mix until well combined.
 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, all purpose flour, cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (don't over-mix!)
 5. Pour all of the batter into the loaf pan.
 For the Crumble: 1. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Sprinkle all of the crumble on top of the batter in your loaf pan.
 Baking: 1. Bake at 350°F for 55 – 60 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a couple of crumbs on it. The baking time will vary depending on your oven so keep an eye on it!
 2. Let the bread cool in its pan for 10-15 minutes before carefully taking it out and placing it onto a cooling rack.
 For the Glaze: 1. In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and heavy cream.
