For some people new or old in their sobriety, they cling to people in their community on that same journey to find encouragement. People living their story out loud. Granted everyone is responsible for their own sobriety. At the same time, sometimes all it takes is for that person they are admiring to say “f it” for all if their own temptations to seem “not so bad, not so weird.” Austin doesn’t care that he’s the face of that for some people who follow him, because he’s “keeping it 100.” That isn’t on your shoulders to carry, you’re carrying enough and I’m so sorry for all of it. But there is literally zero reason to protect a man like that.

Same here…same here. I’ve stayed quiet. My ex on the other hand just keeps spouting off lies. Even when caught just keeps going. Now she brings others into those lies and they are seeing what I told them years ago. 😂

I was exactly where you are about 27 yrs ago. My entire 20’s and some of my 30’s it was court date after court date with my sons dad. He had an army behind him (like your ex) that drug my name. They wouldn’t stop. I saw a video earlier of a middle age guy Craig just 🗣️. Karma doesn’t always catch up to them. Speak your truth even if you mark the video as private. You’ve said it out loud.
