Her mom should have told her to quit acting like a child. She played an adult game and got an adult prize. The dad being right there should have able to take his child. He should talk to an attorney about being refused to take his child. Unless the reason they let grandma take him was because dad has no vehicle or permanent place to stay. Not sure if that was the situation, just a thought.
