@fatandfoodie: Airfryer Granola – Easy, Crunchy & Homemade Skip store-bought and make this 15-minute granola in your airfryer! It’s naturally sweetened, crunchy, and perfect for breakfast bowls, smoothies, or snacking straight from the jar. 🥣 Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats ½ cup date syrup or maple syrup 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, etc.) ½ cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, etc.) ½ cup raisins (see tip below) 🔥 Instructions In a bowl, mix oats, syrup, cocoa powder, nuts, and seeds until well coated. Preheat airfryer to 140°C (285°F). Spread the mixture in an even layer in the basket. Airfry for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway. Let it cool completely (it crisps up as it cools). Add raisins (or any dried fruit) after airfrying. ⚡ Tip 📌 In my video, you’ll see I added raisins at the time of airfryer, but I don’t recommend it—they turn chewy and don’t taste great. Best to add them after airfrying once the granola has cooled.
