@southernadventures___: Do You Think This Will Work? So far so good! Im still gonna add two more 3/4 bolts in the front but it’s feeling solid. Of course when It swings the beam twists, which is not surprising. Im thinking to just have a brace at the top and bottom of the beam going back to the house, but I’d love to hear suggestions. BTW, the beam is two 1.75x12” LVLS sandwiched together. #treehouse #build #construction #fyp #DIY

I built an elevator using garage track to keep it in place and then an electric hoist for the up and down function.

just a thought but could you take a beam that could have a wheel system on the house and way for it to rotate using the beam that your bring stuff up with like the wheels would bring the smaller side to bring back and forth
