In one of the DLCs (spoilers), Mokasa even points out this same thing only to be stopped by the player when seems to be ready to attack Alma. I don’t blame the na’vi being harsh to Alma, because many people would act the same way if someone did this to them.

I REALLY wished that the choice we made at Alma's grave reflected the ending cutscene because imagine if you choose to not forgive her and then your avatar didn't either.

My first playthrough i was pretty sympathetic for Alma thinking mercer had her convinced like everyone else. Then my second playthrough i saw i completely missed an audio from Alma talking about how even after she still believed she made the right choices and that she was responsible for making the kids so great so I lost sympathy for her.

on my first two playthroughs, I forgave Alma because I wanted to believe she did her best and she was only human - of course she made mistakes but she tried her best to live up to the consequences. on my recent playthroughs, my heart always aches too much in remembrance of the sister we lost, our mother, our life. i cannot forgive her anymore
