Why does contingency preclude absolute truth? Most things that matter to us are contingently true (that I exist, that there is oxygen in this room, whether a war starts near me)... if they are true they are absolutely contingently true. No incoherence there.

I would have to argue something for morality. Does this guy like being punched in the face? So I would assume he likes the idea of being treated nicely, for the sake that must people don’t like being punched in the face.
