I had to look up what unbleached flour is as im in the UK. well I found out that the UK/EU doesn't allow those agents in their products. as i was so confused.

i’m on day 18 of my starter and she hasn’t had any activity since day two….. she’s got a few bubbles on the top but other than that, absolutely nothing,,,,
