I lived in this city. The cops are amazing. I fell on ice and hit the concrete really bad and before people come to me no I wasn’t drinking. I had my hands full trying to move stuff and got a concussion. Only I didn’t know where i was or who I was or what was happening and I don’t remember the incident, but I know they managed to get me to the hospital.

OMG! This arrest took way too long. It needs to be turned into a training video on what not to do. Drunk people can't make reasonable decisions, if they could, they wouldn't get behind the wheel of a car. They should get a maxium of 5 requests to move, if they don't listen, wrap goes on and she gets hog tied so she can't kick y'all and you get her in the vehicle.
