My man’s mother forced him to eat food and he has so many aversions to food… so instead of doing that to my son, I always give him a choice or make the things I know he will eat. It’s honestly not hard trying to figure out what your kids will eat.

My cousin does this with her kid, it’s been like this since he was a baby, but I guess it works for her cause he eats vegetables
