@tyrathecreative: Peach Pepper Jelly is a staple in a southern household🍑🌶️✨ Here’s how you make it 📝 🍑 2 lbs peaches, peeled, pitted & chopped however you like (about 4 cups) 🌶️ 1 red bell pepper, finely diced 🍑 Jalapeños (I used 4 from my garden, the jelly won’t be spicy with that amount, add more for more spice) 🌶️ 1 cup apple cider vinegar 🍑 1/4 cup FRESH SQUEEZED lemon juice 🌶️ 1 pkg Sure-Jell (1.75 oz) 🍑 3 cups granulated sugar Since we didn’t can these, let the peaches and peppers cook down a little. I like mine chunky so I left my peach pieces big! 😋 Once soft, add the lemon juice, vinegar, and pectin. Bring to a boil. Once boiling add your sugar.
