chat everyone switch over to period pants!! they’re so comfortable you won’t even realised you’re wearing them. so easy to clean, won’t shift and much cheaper and more environmentally friendly!!

My son has PMDD and they really struggle with it. I do think it being dysphoria doesn't help but continual use of the pill to stop theirs really helped and now they are on T they can keep taking it until they want to stop.

I take the pill, because the pain is a excruciating and I can’t take part in life. I hate the pill due to the hormonal effects and mood swings. But I got to do what I can do 🥲✌🏻

Exactly how I felt so I went on birth control to stop my period then I gained like 100lb that I can't get ride of so now I have to go on ozempic it's just so lovely having a uterus

i think its gonna be a really unpopular opinion but im autistic and i have endometriosis and i technicaly didnt have periods for 2 years and i dont like not having it at all. at some point i had a somewhat regular cycle and it helped to see how time passed? now i dont have periods at all and i feel like my grasp on time has gotten worse idk if that makes sense

Always flex foam pads are the only things I can use because they don't have that diaper scrunch in the middle up into your bits and making it uncomfortable and unsettling. also they actually soak the stuff in rather than sitting on top of the pad
