I thought of you in the store when I saw a snickerdoodle caramel core cookie sandwich by Kemps. Although I think Kemps is local, so I might just have to taste test it for you. Unless you want to come to Wisconsin for some reason.

If you lived in Washington, I’d invite you to our campground we have a cook who is a pastry master and she makes homemade cookie sandwiches with homemade ice cream and she makes the most amazing lemon ice cream with a lemon sugar cookie! And a ton of different style of ice cream sandwiches all made from scratch!

yes!! I'm so glad you got to try some! but they have more flavors than 5. enjoy!! I recommend letting them sit out for a few minutes so they soften up a bit.
