Old Bay is so good in egg salad. I do shallots, old bay, kosher salt, and dukes mayo. It's an old Martha Stewart recipe. I may have to try your recipe.

I like to mix in some avocado chunks at the end! Adds a little creaminess so I can use less mayo 👌 gets your protein and good fats in! My son loves it
