I’m from RH, it’s a historic house. You can’t knock it down, and any minor Reno’s (painting, door knobs) have to be approved by the heritage society. A friend lives the next street over in a heritage house too. Huge pain but that is a good price.

I'm from Richmond Hill and this is actually a good price. Mill Pond is a beautiful and desirable area. Someone will probably tear it down and build a big house to resell for a few million.

I’m in Ontario, in the GTA just south of Richmond Hill, and that is a steal for the Mill Pond area. There has to be something else going on that the dolls are keeping secret.
